For years, BTV’s more serious problems have had little to do with graphic design. They concern editorial credibility, political dependence, bureaucratic culture, ageing production practices, weak audience engagement and the difficulty of persuading younger Bangladeshis that the national broadcaster has something distinctive to offer them.
