ICC will not reimburse SLC
Agencies, Dubai
The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Monday refuted claims made by Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) that the governing body had agreed to reimburse the money spent on clearing Kusal Perera of doping charges.
SLC had spent over 13 million rupees on clearing Perera's name and its secretary Mohan de Silva reportedly said ICC verablly agreed to reimburse the funds, but the ICC denied that in a tweet.
