FIFA president Gianni Infantino privately offered Morocco the right to host the 2030 FIFA World Cup final in exchange for political backing, according to a report by The Times.

Egypt has requested the right to host a set of group-stage matches for the 2034 World Cup which will be held in Saudi Arabia, the African country's football federation president said on Wednesday.

FIFA is set to formally ratify the trio's candidacy on Wednesday, with Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay also hosting a game each to mark a century since the very first World Cup was staged in South America.
