Rebeiro said he is particularly excited about this year’s festival because of the selection of “The Difficult Bride”. He also noted that 2026 marks 100 years since Rabindranath Tagore’s visit to Italy in 1926.

The 75th Berlin International Film Festival is set to begin in the second week of February. This year, Bangladeshi film critic Bidhan Rebeiro will serve as a jury member at the festival. He has been selected as a Fipresci jury member in the Panorama section of the festival.
