The Max-BSPA Journalist Award 2022, organised by the Bangladesh Sports Press Association (BSPA), was held at the Bangladesh Olympic Association’s Dutch-Bangla Bank Auditorium yesterday. 

Bangladesh star batter Liton Das won the Sports Person of the Year 2022 prize of the Kool-BSPA sports award for his performances across formats, ahead of footballer Sabina Khatun, who won the Popular Choice Award, and archer Nasrin Akter during a ceremony at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel on Sunday. 

Cricketer Liton Das, footballer Sabina Khatun, and archer Nasrin Akhter have been shortlisted for the Kool-BSPA Best Sportsperson of the Year Award 2022, the association’s president Sanat Babla announced on Thursday in Dhaka.
