More than 7,000 people are killed in road accidents throughout the country last year, Bangladesh Jatri Kalyan Samity (BJKS) says.

At least 2,123 people were killed and 5,558 injured in 1,871 road accidents in last four months across the country, which is higher than the same period of last year, a passenger platform says.
