Ronan and Declan, who helped Bangladesh win the SAFF U-20 Championship in April, told The Guardian that their experience had already sparked interest among other eligible players abroad.

Ronan Sullivan made an immediate impact on his debut in Bangladesh colours, scoring twice as the men in red and green began their SAFF U-20 Championship campaign with a 2-0 win over Pakistan at the Maldives National Football Stadium in Male on Tuesday.

Ronan and Declan, both 18, are eligible to represent Bangladesh through their maternal roots.

Bangladesh Under-20 national football team have begun their preparations for the upcoming SAFF U-20 Championship, with the first batch of players reporting to a residential training camp in the capital on Friday.
