After wrapping up his nearly two-month European music tour, Bangladeshi rock icon James is now in Australia, where he is set to perform alongside West Bengal singer and Fossils frontman Rupam Islam.

On Sunday, 'rock guru' James returned to Kolkata stage after five years at Netaji Indoor Stadium, along with his band Nagarbaul for the concert "Pujowalader Gaan-Pujo"

In a recent turn of events, celebrated rock artiste Rupam Islam has found himself at the centre of a controversy, following a video that went viral on social media. The musician, recognised for his dynamic stage presence, faced criticism for his use of inappropriate language while addressing fans after a show in Ranaghat. The incident has ignited a debate amongst fans and the public, questioning Islam's behaviour.

The concert, organised by the Dhaka University Chhatra League, took place at the central sports field of Dhaka University on Friday (December 8) to usher in the new academic year and extend a warm welcome to the incoming students.
