Policymakers, donors, water entrepreneurs, and private sector representatives attended the event and discussed collaborative solutions for sustainable water access in the country.

MetLife Foundation and Swisscontact Bangladesh yesterday joined hands to launch a financial inclusion programme under which the garment workers will be able to get affordable loans and microinsurance.

A partnership agreement is signed between Swisscontact and the City Bank Limited for the implementation of Sarathi – Progress through Financial Inclusion.
