PBIL teams up with Selise Group to promote wealth management

Prime Bank Investment PLC (PBIL), one of the country’s leading investment banks and a wholly owned subsidiary of Prime Bank PLC, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Selise Digital Platforms, a global technology and digital transformation company and a business unit of Selise Group, to help employees make informed investment decisions and pursue their financial goals.

Under the agreement, Selise employees will have access to PBIL’s investment and wealth management solutions, supporting their efforts to make informed investment decisions and pursue their long-term financial goals.

Syed M Omar Tayub, managing director and CEO of PBIL, and Julian A Weber, chief executive officer of Selise Group, signed the MoU at PBIL’s headquarters in Dhaka recently, according to a press release.

Commenting on the partnership, Omar said, “This partnership with Selise Group reflects our commitment to making professional investment and wealth management solutions more accessible.”

“We are excited to empower salaried employees with the knowledge and tools needed to confidently plan their long-term financial growth,” he added.

Julian said, “We value the work PBIL does in professional investment and wealth management, and the disciplined approach they bring to growing capital over time.”

“We look forward to a long-term partnership,” he added.

The partnership marks another step in PBIL’s efforts to broaden access to professional investment solutions and promote long-term wealth creation, the release added.
