Steadfast adopts new identity to drive digital growth
Steadfast, one of the country’s leading courier service providers, has unveiled a new brand identity as part of its efforts to enhance services for e-commerce entrepreneurs.
KM Reidwanul Bari Zion, founder and managing director of Steadfast Courier Limited, inaugurated the company’s new logo at an event held at its headquarters in Dhanmondi, Dhaka on Saturday, according to a press release.
The event was attended by e-commerce entrepreneurs, merchants and company officials. Alongside the new identity, Steadfast is rolling out updated versions of its website, merchant app and customer app.
The new logo features a kite at its centre. According to the company, while a kite flies in the sky, its string remains in the hands of the person flying it. Similarly, wherever a merchant’s parcel goes, the merchant will retain control and access to relevant delivery information.
Based on this concept, the company has adopted the new tagline, “Asthar Ghuri, Apnar Hatee”. Its existing slogan, “Sobar Agee, Sobkhane”, will remain unchanged.
Speaking at the event, Reidwanul said, “Ten years ago, we started with just a few people. Today, our riders are reaching every union across the country. Our work has not changed, but our capabilities have. Steadfast today is not only fast but also technology driven. The new logo recognises that transformation.”
Zoiria Mostari, chairman of Steadfast Courier Limited, said, “The kite is ours, while the string and the spool are in the hands of our merchants. Going forward, we want to further strengthen that trust by investing in technology, infrastructure and people.”
The company said the new identity reflects its focus on digital automation, parcel traceability, nationwide coverage, faster and safer deliveries, and digital payment processes, the release added.
More than 3 lakh e-commerce entrepreneurs currently rely on Steadfast. Several thousand riders provide services nationwide, including home delivery in every union and remote areas.
The company is also working in cross-border e-commerce, enabling entrepreneurs to send products from Bangladesh to international markets.
Steadfast said its existing terms and conditions, delivery charges, next-day payments, rider services and coverage will remain unchanged.
