MIDAS Financing holds 30th AGM

MIDAS Financing PLC held its 30th annual general meeting (AGM) at the MIDAS Convention Centre in Dhanmondi, Dhaka on Thursday.

Ahmed Ataul Hakim, chairman of the company, presided over the meeting, according to a press release.

A large number of shareholders joined the AGM from across the country. They approved all the agenda items placed before the meeting, including the adoption of the company’s audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, along with the auditors’ report and directors’ report.

Representatives of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE), along with the independent scrutiniser, also attended the meeting.

Ramisa Maisha, Nazneen Sultana and Md Abdul Karim, directors of the company, and Tanvir Hasan, acting managing director, along with its officers and employees, were also present at the meeting.
